Vault Points are a collector status record. Qualifying points move your seasonal tier, while engagement points record account setup, reminders, referrals, and streaks.
// 02What moves my tier?
Purchase-qualified activity, major hit tracking, and host-approved qualifying awards are the intended tier drivers. Purchase ingestion is still prototype until seller-side data is reliable.
// 03Can I spend points today?
No. Vault Points are not a spendable wallet. A future Zilla ecommerce build can add separate Vault Credit, but Whatnot does not support that flow today.
// 04What counts toward the leaderboard?
The board emphasizes season status points while preserving legacy continuity. Engagement points still appear in your account record, but they do not overpower tier progress by default.
// 05Why verify linked accounts?
Verified platform identity lets the ops team match purchases, break participation, won cards, reminders, and post-break support to the right Zilla account.
// 06What is still prototype?
Purchase ingestion, automatic hit qualification, signed-item fulfillment, invite streams, and ecommerce credit are represented as direction until the back office workflow is ready.
