Zilla Breaks · Bounty board
Bounty buyback terms
Version 0.1 · Effective 9 Sep 2026 · Full terms pending legal review
Plain-English summary
- $1,274,000 in standing buyback offers from Zilla Breaks LLC on the 2026 Bowman Chrome Baseball GPK cards listed on the board.
- Only cards pulled live on a Zilla Breaks stream, from a spot you own, on video, qualify.
- Raw, as pulled. Authenticity and condition are reviewed on camera; Zilla Breaks decides in good faith.
- You choose on stream: sell to us at the posted price, paid on the spot, or keep the card.
- Every copy pays. Each Red /5 copy carries its own offer.
- Expiry date: to be announced; offers remain valid until an expiry date is posted here. Cards may be added and offers raised; a posted offer is not reduced on a card already pulled.
- Zilla Breaks staff, breakers and their households cannot accept an offer.
- Full terms are pending legal review. The posted terms version applies.
This summary is for orientation and is not binding. The numbered sections below and the board are the terms.
What the offer is
Zilla Breaks LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Zilla Breaks", "we", "us"), makes a standing offer to purchase the specific trading cards listed on the Zilla Breaks bounty board at zillabreaks.com/bounty (the "Board") at the cash prices posted there (each a "Posted Offer"). The Board, as published on its stated effective date and as updated under Section 7, is part of these terms.
A Posted Offer is an offer by Zilla Breaks to buy a card from the person who pulled it. It is not a contest, a drawing, or a promotion of any kind, and nothing is awarded by random selection. The offer attaches to the card, not to the purchase of a break spot: buying a spot does not buy an offer, and no Posted Offer is a payment for taking part in a break.
Accepting a Posted Offer is a sale of the card by you to Zilla Breaks on these terms. Title to the card passes to Zilla Breaks when payment is made under Section 6. Until then the card is yours and you may keep it.

Eligible cards and versions
The cards covered by these terms are the cards and versions listed on the Board on its effective date, as amended under Section 7. For version 0.1 of these terms, the Board covers the fifty (50) Bowman GPK (Garbage Pail Kids) insert cards from 2026 Bowman Chrome Baseball, in two versions:
- Superfractor, serial-numbered 1 of 1 (one copy of each card).
- Red Refractor, serial-numbered to 5 (five copies of each card).
The Black Refractor Autograph version, serial-numbered to 10, is not covered unless and until it is activated on the Board. If it is activated, the Board will show the effective date of that change and Section 7 applies to cards pulled from that date.
Every copy of an eligible card pays. Each serial-numbered copy carries its own Posted Offer: one Superfractor is one offer, and five Red Refractors are five separate offers, one per copy, whoever pulls them and in whatever order.
Other parallels, base cards, printing plates, and cards from any other product are not covered, even when they show the same player or artwork. A card is identified by the product, insert number, and parallel printed on it, not by the player alone. The Board lists cards by insert number and player name the way a buylist does; a player's name identifies the card and implies no endorsement by any player, team, or league.

Who may accept
You may accept a Posted Offer if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) at the time the card is pulled, and you are the buyer of the break spot from which the card was pulled (Section 4).
The following people may not accept a Posted Offer, and a card pulled from a spot they hold is not covered by any Posted Offer: Zilla Breaks owners, officers, and staff; breakers and hosts who appear on Zilla Breaks streams; contractors and agents of Zilla Breaks; and members of the households of any of them.
Zilla Breaks may decline to complete a purchase where the sale would be unlawful, where the buyer's platform account is suspended or under review, or where the buyer cannot be identified as the holder of the spot. Confirm with legal

What qualifies
A Posted Offer applies to a card only if all of the following are true:
- It was pulled live, on video, during a break run by Zilla Breaks and streamed on a Zilla Breaks channel (for example, the Zilla Breaks channel on Whatnot).
- It came from a break spot that you purchased and held at the time it was pulled, as recorded by the platform where the break was sold.
- It was pulled during the offer period described in Section 7.
- The pull, the card, and its serial number are visible on the stream recording.
Cards opened off stream, cards from a break run by anyone other than Zilla Breaks, cards bought on the secondary market, and cards from spots bought after the card had already been revealed are not covered.
If a stream recording is unavailable for reasons outside your control, Zilla Breaks will rely in good faith on its own footage and records and on the platform's records. Confirm with legal

Condition and verification
Posted Offers are for raw, ungraded cards in the condition in which they were pulled. At the time of the pull, the breaker will review the card on camera, including the front, the back, the serial number, and any visible surface, corner, or edge damage, and will confirm that it is the eligible card and version.
Zilla Breaks decides, in good faith and based on the on-camera review and the stream recording, whether a card is authentic, whether it is the eligible version, and whether damage exists. That good-faith determination controls for the purposes of these terms. Confirm with legal
Where a card shows factory damage (damage present when the pack was opened), Zilla Breaks may at its option honor the Posted Offer or make a reduced offer for the card. A reduced offer is a new offer that you may accept or decline on stream in the same way. Damage caused after the pull, including in handling by anyone other than the breaker, is not factory damage. Confirm with legal
Cards do not need to be graded. A card that has been submitted for grading, or that has been altered, trimmed, cleaned, pressed, or otherwise modified after the pull, is no longer covered.

Acceptance and payment
When an eligible card is pulled, the breaker reads the Posted Offer out loud on stream. You then choose, on stream, whether to sell the card to Zilla Breaks at the Posted Offer or to keep it. Either choice is yours, and there is no obligation to sell.
If you choose to sell, Zilla Breaks pays the Posted Offer on the spot, during the stream, by an electronic payment method that Zilla Breaks offers at that time (for example, a platform payout, a bank transfer, or a payment app). You must be able to receive payment by one of the offered methods. Where the law or a payment provider requires it, Zilla Breaks may verify your identity before sending funds. A card you sell stays with Zilla Breaks and is not shipped to you. Confirm with legal
If you choose to keep the card, it ships to you under the normal Zilla Breaks shipping process for that break. A Posted Offer cannot be accepted after the stream has ended unless Zilla Breaks agrees in writing.
Payment is the full amount of the Posted Offer for that card. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the amount you receive. Tax reporting may apply: Zilla Breaks may be required to collect tax information from you (for example, an IRS Form W-9) and to report payments above the threshold set by the IRS, and may hold payment until required information is provided. Confirm with legal
If a payment you accepted on stream has not arrived within two (2) business days, email admin@zillabreaks.com with the show date, breaker, spot, and card, and we will trace it.

Offer period and changes
Expiry date: to be announced; offers remain valid until an expiry date is posted here.
Posted Offers apply to cards pulled between the Board's effective date and the expiry shown on the Board (the "offer period"). Confirm with legal
Zilla Breaks may add cards or versions to the Board, and may raise a Posted Offer, at any time. Additions and raises take effect when they are posted on the Board and apply to cards pulled from that time.
Zilla Breaks will not reduce a Posted Offer for a card that has already been pulled during the offer period. For cards not yet pulled, Zilla Breaks may lower or withdraw a Posted Offer prospectively by posting the change on the Board; the change applies only to cards pulled after it is posted, and a card pulled before the change keeps the offer that was posted when it was pulled.
Each change to these terms is published as a new version with its own effective date and a line in the change log below. The version in force when a card is pulled governs that card.

Disputes and governing law
These terms and every Posted Offer are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Confirm with legal
If you disagree with a determination under Section 5 or a payment under Section 6, email legal@zillabreaks.com within fourteen (14) days of the pull with the show date, breaker, spot, and card. Zilla Breaks will review the stream recording and respond in writing. Confirm with legal
Zilla Breaks' total liability to you in connection with a card and these terms is limited to the amount of the Posted Offer for that card. Zilla Breaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for the market value of a card, or for any loss arising from a platform outage, a stream interruption, or a payment provider's delay. Confirm with legal
Any dispute that is not resolved by review will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Washington, and you consent to that venue. Confirm with legal

Relationship to third parties
Posted Offers are made by Zilla Breaks LLC alone. They are not made, sponsored, endorsed, administered, or paid by Whatnot, Fanatics Live, or any other streaming or marketplace platform on which a Zilla Breaks break is sold or streamed. Those platforms have their own terms, which continue to govern your purchase of a break spot and your account with them.
Zilla Breaks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Topps, Fanatics, Major League Baseball, the Major League Baseball Players Association, or any team or player. Product, set, and parallel names are used only to identify the cards Zilla Breaks offers to buy, and player names on the Board identify cards the way a buylist does.
Nothing in these terms changes the price, availability, or terms of any break spot. The purchase of a break spot is a separate transaction under the platform's terms, and the Posted Offer on a card is the same whichever spot it is pulled from.
